I feel I have to comment on this, as It was Thirdkid, Smited and I who he scammed.
You were not only Mailed, by mulitple users, you were also Pm'ed in-game. By over 5 people.
What you did, is completely wrong. I'm sorry, but I feel you shouldn't be unbanned.
Whenever I messaged you In-Game, you did One, of two things. One, being leaving the game, the other, putting up an AFK message.
Again, I'm sorry, but I just don't believe you.

I have plenty of screen shots if needed, but I shouldn't really need them. You attempted to scam me of my melon sword, and after being mailed from me, iOrbit, and Thirdkid6972. Not to mention you had an official warning mail from Skylexia about returning the sword, and upon logging onto this message, you ignored it, and refused to return the sword. After this, Skylexia and Unknownrider dealt with the case, finding the sword that you renamed, on your brothers account ReFlex_ReViZed. Unknown and Sky then got the sword back and gave it to me. But the fact that you refused to return the sword after an official warning, and many mails by iOrbit, Thirdkid6972, and I, leads me to not believe your story at all. Skylexia should be able to confirm all of this, and handle the case.

 

Smitedyou1 Please provide the screenshots for us, as additional evidence Skylexia can use to handle this case. The more information we have, the better.

Now one more thing to say about this, he agreed to these rules in the thread, if he is allowed back on the server, I say he should have to pay the late fees he agreed to, which was 1k per 5 minutes. Counting the days from which he agreed to give it back, and I'm being generous here, was 11 days. 11 days is also 264 hours. 264 hours is also 15840 minutes. Now if you break that up into 5 minute time periods, that would be about 3,168 sets of 5 minutes. So at the price he agreed of 1k/5 minutes, that puts him at a debt of 3,168k ECC$, or 3.168m to me. I'm just stating the rules he agreed to. Or he could look at rule #3 and go by that rule, which is going to be much easier on him, at a debt of 400k to us. Or he can come up with that 400k through money, towns, and items that we can agree on.

 

While I am aware of the rules he agreed to, at such a time time he returns to the server I will not be enforcing such an agreement. He's already been banned for not returning the sword, he would not be banned again for not paying back those agreement fines. ( Smitedyou1 )

I have taken into consideration many things and I'm personally still very much not satisfied with the reasoning given in this appeal. I do not feel like with the information provided that you are fully telling the truth because I have done this investigation continuously over the course of a week and it just doesn't add up.

That being said, what happens on your account is your responsibility, including the possibility that you lost the item and the idea that you have multiple people on your account. The more people you have on your account, the more risk that goes along with being unable to fully control their actions on your account. I encourage you to secure your account so that only you have access, so you are the only one in control of the actions associated with your name.

During your three day tempban which I am issuing, I would like you to either secure your account so that only you have access, or else ensure that everyone who does have access to your account is fully and completely aware of ALL of our server rules, and implement a communication system in which you are always aware of the actions being taken on your account. I personally prefer if you were to take the first actions, as it's the safer and more secure way to continue on our server without problems.

Please note that any future complaints received about you or anyone close to you that have to do with scamming will be taken very seriously.
