Reason: scamming an enchanted item

Counter-Reason: i don't think i did it

Evidence:i didnt have a diamond axe on me, the only axe i had was enchanted from ajp79, an eff 4 unbreaking 3 that was the only enchanted axe i had touched until 11 am, i traded abagofcandy an erepair for a diamond block, and when i threw it back i was sure it was still sparkling with the enchanted glow, after that i was kicked by the spam bot, and he pmed me thanks, and i continued skelly farming at my mobspawner. At 12 i left for a lunch party, i came back 1 30 and i started playing for a while. abagofcandy then pmed me about the axe and i was totally confused. i thought " didn't i give it back? " and he said it turned into a plain axe and i asked him to report it. Andrew came on 2 oclock and told me i had scammed abagofcandy, i was really really confused and i tried to argue with him because i didn't understand that he said i swapped the enchanted axe with a normal diamond axe. I was franticlly attempting to find the axe that abag of candy had apparently lost to me, an eff 4 unbreagkin 3 fort 2 daxe. and i couldnit find it, i could only find my eff 4 fort 3 unbreagkin 3 daxes in my chests. I think i shouln't have argued with andrew, but i really dont understand why and being confused contributed to the three day tempban i was given. This appeal is just here to make sure i will make it up to abagofcandy so we can continue to do business in the future
