    Counter-Reason: After the server started up again i wanted to see if the people in my friends town where back yet and i wanted to tell a player something when the server was back. I am sorry for this and it will not happen again.

    Notes: Yes i admit to spamming but i was trying to get the attention of the people when the server was restarted and this did not bother the entire community because it was in local but again i am sorry for what i have done and it wont happen again.
