Reason of Ban: Bypassing

Rule violated: I believe it is:
Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts

• Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed.
• An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so, and no account belonging to that player is banned. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own.This includes but is not limited to:
  • Adding alt accounts as owners/members of regions you own.
  • Direct or indirect transactions (via /pay, trade signs, etc).
• If any account owned by a player is banned, all the other accounts owned by that player will not be able to appeal until the account banned first has successfully appealed.
• If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them.
• Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule means that you cannot use multiple accounts to get easy money on the server.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Reason #1:
JinxJames and I were both banned from this server for bypassing. I think the ban reason was supposed to be dual accounting and somebody messed up maybe? Anyway jinx and I are not one person and i'm not sure why anyone would think we were, but even if we were (we are not like I stated) then why did we get banned? I mean we weren't using our accounts together to stir up some crazy scam and get a ton of eco dollars, so nothing was done wrong at all. It really confuses me because me and jinxjames don't share an ip, or a house, or a computer, or even live close to each other! You could easily check that by looking at the server logs, I know you can.
Reason #2: I was a trusted user for the short time I had on this server. I believe I was banned once, and it wasn't due to scamming or anything, it was for disrespecting another user. Nothing that has anything to do with this.
Reason #3: I know you don't want a sob story or whatever but I worked all summer, and only made $10 and hour. I then proceeded to pay somewhere around $50 of donation features of my hard earned money on this server, and it is now unfairly taken away. I mean talk about instant regret...
Reason #4: JinxJames and I may have helped the server get a little more visitors by recording youtube videos on the server. Which reminds me, if you go to this link:



You can clearly see/hear that me (BostonBradley) and JinxJames are NOT the same person.


Anyway I hope that you guys will look through all of the evidence (because it is your job after all) and realize that me and jinx were not dual accounting.

 

Hi sorry I have been busy with school. Anyways, are you sure that is the ip I was playing on recently or did it just save the ip from the first time i signed on?

 

Well then I guess i'll just stay unfairly banned. I know for a fact that I am not on the IP of JinxJames or bbuu20, but i guess my knowledge, and the fact that I never did anything wrong on the server means nothing. I understand that you are required to be extremely careful with this kind of stuff, and I understand why, but I just think it's rather frustrating that I was banned with just about no chance to be un-banned.

 

Me and jinxjames don't really live near eachother, he lives about 45 minutes from me by car. We both live in Massachusetts, but different parts. As for bbuu20, I'm not sure.
