    Reason of Ban: "Abuse of pyro feature to attempt to kill in non pvp zone"

    Rule violated: section 8 support rules
    Clause 2: Water and Pyro
    • Supporters who have the water and pyro features are not allowed to grief with those items in protected zones, including any and all spawn areas.
    • This includes attempts to kill people with these perks in non-PvP areas.
    • If caught you will immediately have those features removed from you and will face punishment on our server. This can include a rollback of your actions and a possible ban.


    Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
    to not use paid perks to cause other players harm

    Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:
    Several reasons i hope im unbanned for
    I promis not to use my perks to harm anyone agian in non pvp areas
    I have never broken a rule to my knowledge other than what happened between me and romper witch was still settled before the time restriction
    I was angry that he was standing infront of me while i was mining and i got aggravated i should have communicated to him or contacted a mod right away to resolve the issue
    so i can return the eff 7 mining pix im renting from matrix_rep it would be punishing him for something he didnt do
    I am very sorry for the trouble i have caused and i hope you take my time:complaints in to account the fact i have caused little trouble to/for the server in the amount of time i have played ECC

    Hello Bigboyblue0220, I am glad to see you wish to appeal your ban. I would first like to state that I am deeply disappointed in the actions that you did. Attempting to kill someone with your pyro feature is not okay whatsoever and the fact that you have been on ECC for more than a year is just sad. But, the fact that you owned up to your actions of what you did and that you feel remorse for your actions make me feel better about letting you back. Because this is only your first offense for this type of ban, I will be issuing you a 1 Day Temp ban. In this time, I would like you to re-read the rules and I would also like you to think of your actions and how you can better yourself from this. Please do not let this happen again because I can promise you that if it does, the consequences will be worse.

    Locked. 1 Day Tempban Issued.
