Reason of Ban: Threatening the server

Rule Violated: Threatening the server I guess (Did not find it in section 4 of the rules
''Chat, Channels and Discussions'')

Explanation: I have broken a rule which I cannot find in the server rules even though what my brother did was wrong, however it says the reason was Threatening the serve which still be considered breaking a rule because it is bad . My little brother was playing on my Minecraft account while I went to vacation in Vermont for soccer camp. My brother decided it would be funny to threaten the server for fun (13 year old fun I guess). I have not played on the server in at least a year and I tried to login July 29, 2015 and it said I was banned for threatening the server. My friend told me the other day why I was banned because of the story above. I really want to play with my friend oatmealman14 and continue the fun work on the server that I have been doing for him.

Why I should be Unbanned: With my immature brothers behavior and my devotion to having fun on this beautifully balanced economy server I believe I should be unbanned. Thank you for your time, and I am hoping I will be able to spend some more time on ECC :).

 

I believe I have fixed the ban appeal format. Thank you for the clear explanation on how the format is supposed to be.
