Reason of Ban: Use of PvP hacked client/ loan scamming (Jmillertime)

Rule Violated:
Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

• Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
• Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
• Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
• Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Clause 2 - Scamming

• A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
• Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: You may not install hacks and use them on ECC for an unfair advantage and you must pay back users that you take out loans from within the agreed timeframe.

Reason you feel you should be unbanned: When I first got banned for scamming it was simply because I became a bit greedy and needed a bit of extra money. I was banned and I was saddened by it so I appealed. I was unbanned but had a large debt meaning I would have to put hours in to this game every day in order to stay unbanned. I honestly did try but I wasn't able to keep up with the debt because baseball season had started and no matter what happens I have to keep my priorities straight. I was not going to give up though on paying back so I decided I had to fight to stay unbanned meaning I was going to do whatever it took to remaing unbanned on the server I love. I turned to hacks in order to make the money I needed, which I've learned from and will not happen ever again. From there, I just started digging myself in a bigger and bigger hole until I had no chance of making back the money without having rearrange my priorities. Now, baseball is basically over by April 20th and then I will be able to focus on ECC and paying back. I am appealing now so that by the time I am unbanned I'll be able to pay back users as soon as possible. Also, I don't feel I truly apoligized to the users that I scammed and to be honest, I don't remember them all. I became greedy and that was my mistake but I really do think I can come back to ECC and be a new person that people will be able to trust. I'm sorry and I hope that you guys give me just another chance to pay you back and hopefully I can make everything right.
