Reason of Ban: Attempted Scamming Maximpara

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Do not partake in any actions that may be seen to have malicious intentions such as scamming involved.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I apologise for any negative affects that my complaint may have had on Maximpara's reputation and also apologise for wasting the time of numerous members of staff.

In my time being banned I have once again reread the the entire rules section on the forum. I promise to try to the up most of my ability to uphold the expectations set before me. I am ashamed of my actions and promise to learn from my mistakes.

Furthermore as stated in my appeal by Emongolab, I was never blaming anyone for me losing my own money in the lottery as that was solely my choice.
