Thanks for appealing.

Starting off, in pretty much any case if you ever feel your ban is unjust or undeserved you're always welcome to start a forum conversation with any of the staff members asking for an explanation behind it. Never will you be discouraged or restricted from asking why or simply wanting to provide a further explanation. This essentially is the whole purpose of our appeal/complaint system; for users to to thoroughly and keyword, authentically, explain and dispute issues and/or concerns that they may have.

As for the part where you mentioned you feel as if your ban was not fair, I can assure you there was an ample amount of evidence to prove the fact that you clearly had received the money. As for the comment in which you said you had no intentions of scamming, I'm rather concerned. Evidently, as I've stated just a few lines above; our appeal/complaint system works flawlessly when and only when users thoroughly and once again keyword, authentically, dispute specific cases. What sets these things apart from each other is when complaints/appeals are not filled authentically and/or truthfully.

Specifically, in your complaint found here, you said within the screenshots provided, the following words exactly, "You should have just taken a screenshot." That provides the staff team with nothing more than the clear notion that you already knew that he paid you back. You used the term "should", which in context is used to indicate obligation, duty, or correctness, typically when criticizing someone's actions which furthermore implies of course the action of him paying you the earlier agreed upon funds.

Moreover, whether or not you actually lost the money in which max gave you in lotto, your account is your responsibility. Neither the staff nor any other user in game has control over your actions. You do, what you please.

Now regarding your actual appeal; I'm not fully convinced we should provide you with another chance with the given reason that you have provided. While I do catch a sense of remorsefulness, the extent of your appeal is burdened by the very lies in which you feel are necessary to explain your story. Again as I've stated above, when disputing a ban the key in learning and taking it upon yourself is authenticity. If you are truthful in your appeal, I can almost completely assure you the staff will be appropriately in your favor regarding what ever the matter is.

After discussing what I've discussed above, I will be denying this specific appeal. There should be no further need for an explanation behind this because it should be more than clear. In the complaint, there was coherent evidence that provides proof of your real intentions, and as always the case was handled with appropriate action.

On to what I'd like to see you in your next appeal. Perhaps you could take my advice and appeal with the upmost authenticity and truthfulness behind your actions, and discuss how you plan on preventing such actions from reoccurring once again in the future. Aside from that, you could even touch up on how you plan on conducting yourself when you return.

Other than all that, I know you have it in you to write a deeply thought out and well developed appeal. You've been with us for more then 2 years, let that positive and bright character shine through this. I look forward to seeing a new appeal from you soon.
