I'm glad to see that you're interested in once again rejoining our community.

Regarding your ban, as a Tycoon 2 year+ member we expect you to fully understand our rules. Although it's understandable for minor slip ups here in there in chat, there should be no excuse as for the vulgar harassment in which you directed at those few users.

Whether you deeply thought about what you had said prior to actually saying it, the content in which you spoke of was completely and utterly unacceptable. Directly quoted from the evidence provided here you said "Why would I waste more time spelling something out to someone who doesn't even deserve air" I repeat not to point fingers, but to rather fine point the explicitly at which I'm referring to. I hope now that a bit of time has past, you've truly thought about the austerity of the content in which was spoken of. As I mentioned before, there should be no excuse as to why you did not have a clear understanding of our harassment rules in chat.

As for the favoritism portion of your appeal, I'd like to clear somethings up. I speak for the whole team when I say we act on each and every case in a completely non-bias manner, ridding ourselves of all such favoritism. There are always two sides to a story. Rarely ever are there one sided stories, and even when there are we take each and every thing we can lay our hands on in to consideration. As staff members, we know to conduct ourselves in the most positive respectable manner. Quoted directly from the staff standards thread found here, "Remember, you represent EcoCityCraft and our entire community!" Simply said, we represent the community. There's no reason for us to show favoritism whilst conducting our moderation. We're here not only to ensure the safety amongst the community, but to provide the best possible experience for all of our users.

That being said, if you ever feel that a certain staff member is not conducting and representing themselves in a proper manner you should not hesitate to file a staff complaint. The standards are explained in depth very well on the public thread linked above, so there should be no issue determining whether or not it's appropriate to file a staff complaint.

Simply my advice to you. If you ever feel like you're being inappropriately attacked in chat, do not hesitate to message a staff member and speak your mind. Similar to what I mentioned above, staff are here to ensure the safety of all our users. Along with that, we do still encourage the use of the /ignore (username) command to rid chat of such unneeded messages. And lastly, as uncomfortable it may be to leave a situation un-responded to, just simply log out. Take some time off, go get a glass of water and take an hour or two to think about something else. Once you return, I can almost guarantee the topic of discussion in game will be completely different.

Finally, regarding your return. I will be issuing you a 13 hour temp-ban for your moderate harassment directed towards a few users, and a 3 hour temp-ban for your vulgarity. Totaling up to a 16 hour temp-ban. During this time, I want you to explicitly review the server rules found here. Other than that, I look forward to seeing you in game.
