    Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: It means that I cannot posses more than 1 ecc account or log in with another if my main is banned
    Reason you feel you think that you should be unbanned: well my brother got unbanned so i think it is fair my account gets unbanned 2 :p since now no banned member of the family is using the ip xD

    Please dont give me
    Another small ban because i already got that on my other appeal.. And i really need time to gather the money to pay back my loans or i will be here again...
