Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:
I have been banned for some time now and have contemplated my ban. I regret what I did, and hope that I can rejoin the server because I not only enjoy it but I feel I have to repay @MinecraftParkerH I would be willing to pay him within 10 days of rejoinging. from what I remember I had payed 200k on a 1.2m payment plan so I have 1m left to pay and I could do that within 10 days.

Alright, that's what I'll go with then. As you owe a total of 1.2 million, I will allow you 10 weeks to pay this off. As this appears to be your second appeal for scamming, that will be after a 7 day tempban. This brings your final deadline to January 13th, 2015, though as you've stated you can pay it off in 10 days, hopefully it will be behind you much sooner.
During your tempban make sure to refresh yourself with our rules, as some have been changed.
@WhiteSoxFan123 tempbanned 7 days and to pay @MinecraftParkerH 1.2 million by 1/13/15.
