Reason of Ban: PVP/SG hacking (click-aimbot)

Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

  • Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
  • Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
  • Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule means that anyone that uses hacks will be banned.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Once again, I am going to keep on continuing with my story, stating that I don't hack with the reason being that I DON'T HACK. Here are some screenshots in the video filed against me

If you pause at 3:11 you can see that i miss 2 swings, and that either my reaction speed is super horrible or that there is lag.
At 3:12, I miss 2 swings where he is within 4 blocks, basically meaning that I don't have aimbot.
On the third swing I do hit him, but you can see that my head was angled towards his arm, which is why the knockback that I deal makes him go to his left. Also, at this moment, he hits me too. Before I hit him, he had 6 hearts. After I hit him, he had 4.5 hearts.
At 3:13, I miss another 2 swings.
At 3:14, I miss another 2 swings.
At 3:15, where I do hit him, you can see that my head is angled towards him, but my body isn't, and the particle effects do not surround his body. He is then dropped down to 3 hearts.
In the later part of 3:15, I hit him while I'm facing him. He is then dropped down to 1 heart ( I'm not sure why he loses 2 hearts)
At 3:16, He swings and hits me, as you can see from the particle effects, but I take no damage. This is commonly found throughout the game, almost every game you play with PVP will have the same result at least once.
At the end part of 3:16, I am practically in his body when I swing, which makes it impossible to miss.

His second screenshot, http://imgur.com/KLAPsxW was taken after I hit him, while the particles were still in the air. This shows no evidence of hacks.

I hope that now that I have done most of the evidence for whoever deals with this appeal will recognize that I do not hack. I will NEVER back down from my story no matter how many times a server-admin, game-admin, mod, or super-mod tells me to "admit to my own fault" or "write another appeal with more honesty." It's very hurtful to accuse me of a liar, and to do it multiple times will only make me angrier than I already am
