    Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Scamming means you pay someone money in exchange for something else but one of the people didn't pay or give the item that was due

    Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Well i think what i did was completely unacceptable and i'm completely sorry for scamming @drewbo173 and i'm gonna change completely and scam no more, but i think considering this is my first ban other than i temp banned that i asked for cause i wanted to take like a 3 day break that i should be given another chance. again i'm completely sorry for what i've done and i've taken a few minutes looking over the rules and thinking about what i've done and i'm completely familiar with the rules now and know that i will not break anymore if i get unbanned. thanks for your time and i hope to see me on ECC again!

    Since you have been banned the format for ban appeals has changed also i dont think tagging game admins is the best idea here you go use this format either edit this one out ^^ or post a new one after this one gets locked sorry mods for commenting trying to help out

    Thank you for appealing. As a mayor you have been required to read our rules twice now so I know you know that scamming is not tolerated here. There is no good reason for it and all it does it hurt others. I see that you have been scammed in the past and know what its like to be in that position. I don't understand why you would intentionally do that to someone else.

    I see that you owe @drewbo173 $250k. Before unbanning you I will be issuing you a three day temp-ban. Once this ban is lifted you will have until August 6th to pay him back in full. If this amount is not paid back in the allotted time drewbo will have the right to file another complaint in attempt to get the money back he is owed. I'm trusting that you will get this paid off.
