Reason: killing users in a non-pvp area (mining world)

I was flying around looking for people that might have spawners with /near when these 2 guys popped up on my /near list so I flew to them there was a huge cobblestone tower and they were both destroying it so I decided I would help not seeing the guy at the top of the pillar as he fell once he got to where I had started to take the tower I heard someone fall but saw no one and I guess that's where he had died, after that I see him standing on a single piece with nothing under it until the ground about 50 blocks down and stupidly me being myself I decide to remove that block knowing its going to kill him when he hits the ground even though I wasn't thinking to clearly when I did it until I actually saw him fall, I had no intention of trying to be mean to this user as I've never talk to them I was just trying to help them out with the tower then the stupidity in me came out and decided to do that. also to clarify during this whole time I was never in vanish trolling this user I was just trying to help them out until it happend, I am very sorry for doing this and I will control myself more before doing something I regret like this ever again.
