I have already made an appeal and realize that I shouldn't just make excuses for my brothers actions which is why I take full responsibility for everything that has occurred on my account. I am sorry for any and all annoyances that may have happened and do not expect to be allowed back on the server. However, I do genuinely find the server fun to play on and would love to be allowed to play on it again in the future- whenever that may be. If allowed back on I would follow all of the rules to the best of my ability and make sure everything I do is respectful. The reason I love this server so much is that it is fun being able to speak and interact with others while still having that aspect of survival involved. Again, I am genuinely sorry and will fully understand if you don't want me to ever play on your server again due to the bad examples previously set. I hope that you can take all of this into account and am hoping of being able to play on the server again. <3 :)

One thing I appreciate in this ban appeal is your due diligence in reviewing the rules listed on the Wiki, and your ability to pinpoint those rules which correlate to the reason for which you were banned.
When considering your ban appeal, it should be noted that you were previously muted for trolling / being vulgar / toxic towards other users in chat, successfully appealed that decision, and then within mere hours, got banned again for major grief and acting inappropriately. Looking at your other appeals, it is clear to me that in your opinion, words speak louder than actions.
It appears as though you generally understand why you must take responsibility for actions that occur in-game on your account, regardless of who is playing, which is something of worth. However, I see a lack of real evidence that suggests you will not repeat the same actions that lead to your ban in the first place if I were to unban you immediately.
It is clear from your appeal that you like playing on this server, and you enjoy spending time talking to other people and working with them, yet you were also banned for trolling and being extremely rude to other players, which is contradictory in and of itself.
Despite all of this though, I am willing to give you a second chance at a fresh start due to your appropriately apologetic and polite tone on this appeal. After reviewing the situation carefully, I have decided to give you a three-day temporary ban for the grief you carried out, as well as your actions for the past day. Normally I would issue a two-day temporary ban, but because of how fast you went from muted to unmuted to banned (and for similar reasons I might add), I am placing an additional 24 hours onto the time you must wait before you can join the server again.
Over the course of the next three days, I would like you to spend a bit more time thinking about how your actions, especially the grief you committed, affect other players that you enjoy spending time with / talking to / working with as you have mentioned. Should you come back and start breaking the rules again, your appeal will have to be more thoughtful and insightful, and the punishment will undoubtedly be even more severe than your current three-day temporary ban.
I look forward to seeing you come back, and hope that you do not waste your second chance.
