Clause 2 - Trolling

Trolling is not allowed on the server, especially any trolling that is directed towards another user. This includes, but is not limited to:
Flame baiting
Harassment (See Section 2 Clause 3.)
Cyber-bullying
Attempts to start any form of chaos and discord within the server.
Clause 3 - Harassment

Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play.
Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based.
This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system.
Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban.
Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning.
Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too.
Clause 1.1 - CAPS and Spam

Bypassing our CAPS filter and/or typing in all caps is not allowed.
Spam is not allowed. Repetitive words, letters, symbols that aren’t used in their correct context, or many messages sent quickly are considered spam.
Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts

Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed.
An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so, and no account belonging to that player is banned. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own.This includes but is not limited to:
Adding alt accounts as owners/members of regions you own.
Direct or indirect transactions (via /pay, trade signs, etc).
If any account owned by a player is banned, all the other accounts owned by that player will not be able to appeal until the account banned first has successfully appealed.
Exceptions may be made to this in certain scenarios such as inappropriate username bans.
If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them.
Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.​

I'm going to be completely honest here, at first I thought it was a joke that I was banned as i was not on for like 20 days straight, until I saw the @DoAsnipart appeal. He is my annoying brother. He's 13 years of age and acts like he's 9 years old. I don't want any connection with my brother whatsoever as he is a real jerk that always drags me down with him.

I just came back from a 3 day sport training weekend and I wanted to play on ecc as I have not played on this server for so long and I wanted to try to get to the mayor rank. It's unfair that players like me have to deal with situations like this where the punisheds siblings get the punishment. I think staff members are too reliant on their IP trackers and staff equipment more then their loyal players who just want to play the game.

A full summary of this, no I am not @DoAsnipart, I do not want to be accociated with him and I want to play on the server again to progress in ranks.
