Reason of Ban: Harassing users for debts owed on other servers and loan scamming (Twingirlamiee) and bypassing my ban by alt accounting.

Rule Violated:
Clause 3 - Harassment:Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play.Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based.This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system.Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban.Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning.Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too.

In my own words: This means that I should not make anyone feel uncomfortable as a part of the community through my words or actions.

Clause 2 - Scamming:A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

In my own words: This means that I should be truthful and follow through with the deals/transactions that I make with my fellow players.

Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts:Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed.An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so, and no account belonging to that player is banned. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own.This includes but is not limited to:Adding alt accounts as owners/members of regions you own.Direct or indirect transactions (via /pay, trade signs, etc).If any account owned by a player is banned, all the other accounts owned by that player will not be able to appeal until the account banned first has successfully appealed.If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them.Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.

In my own words: This means that I should not use other accounts to bypass my ban as well as not use other accounts for my own advantage.

Reason you feel you should be unbanned: I feel that I have matured and Id like to prove this to all my fellow ecc players. During the time that I've been off ECC, I've come to realize what a great community and server ECC is and I'd like to become a part of it once again. Although my past is not a very good one, I hope that I can come back on the server and show everyone that I have changed. I very much regret what I've done in the past and would love to fix my wrongdoings in anyway possible. Hopefully you will take this all into consideration and give me a second chance.
