[Ban Appeal] THCOOL

I'll ask the same question I asked Fury.
Do you believe you could've prevented the VoE scam, by taking action?

 

Just for curiousity's sake, could you possibly edit out his name and send the screenshots to me in a forum pm or post them on this thread?

 

I can send them in a PM, but I can't post them here because aside from his name, there is also a frankly inane amount of profanity in the context.

Unfortunate wouldn't be the first word that comes into my head when thinking about your ban...

I think your a generally nice guy, but most staffers do go in /v when they go afk, 'unfortunately' neither of you did and 'unfortunately' it was at a time where someone needed you to be still for a recording, maybe dumb luck but i dunno...

I personally dont believe the mob to decide a players fate so i wont be saying yay or nay but this whole situation i just a mess....

Whatever was said by was completely irrelevant. I don't see any reason why you'd point out profane language on skype. I get that there was profane language. That's the very reason I can't post screenshots.

Is that.. a threat? Maybe I'm just reading into this too much, but basically what this says is "please stop posting or I'll post this image where you called me a "c**t"

 

unfortunately you both happened to be afk in that exact spot, in the correct pose, and just happened to have no idea what's going in. Real unfortunate indeed.

 

Alright I am going to reply to this without looking at any of the comments from other users and go by only what I know from this appeal/video/your history on ecc. I have always seen you as a good kid on ecc. Never banned or a problem in the community. Looks to me like you and fury were played pretty harshly by someone that was considered a friend. I don't know the whole story but out of everyone you seem to be the least involved here. Set up even to be seen as involved more than you actually were. I wouldn't have any problems with seeing you back on ecc and I don't feel like you deserve to be put in stocks and have the community throwing tomatoes at you. Thats what these appeals seem to be to me. :/ I do not approve. Hope to see you back.

To be honest I dont really care for either yours or fury's attitude regarding this whole mess.. I am willing to give both of you the benefit of doubt.. but I dont feel we are getting the whole story nor any real remorse for your actions.. guilty or not you were both memebers of the staff team who clearly were bias in your duties to others, obviously had some knowledge of what was happening (I cant imagine either of you being that dumb, if so then the SAs who promoted you to staff share some blame), and ofcourse not taking action at any point. You saw the signs but didnt think anything of it?? Come on I knew something was up with the first sign I saw.

After taking some time to really think this through It is my opinion that until you guys come forth and have the courage to state the obivious and own up to your actions both as a player and staff, I see no reason why either should be allowed back.

I hope that you take my advide a bit more seriously the Fury and prevent this thread from turing into what we saw with his appeal.

I do appologize for lumping you guys together, but thats warranted given the circumstances.

Oh and one thing... Based on what comments I saw in staff channel that were leak coming from you.. it is clear that you should never be staff again.

Both ashamed at you and the staff on the channel at the time who apparently did nothing about it.

After reading this appeal, I thought you were remorseful and that you 'might' deserve to be unbanned... However, after seeing kuke's screenshots of Skype, it seems that you acted exactly like obble (being a dick, trolling, acting suspicious, etc.) and imo that deserves to be punished severely.

Back to the appeal... Sure, you did do a better job than Fury of covering up your 'unfortunate mistakes', as Mission said. But I still strongly believe that you were fully aware of Obble's intentions.

Throughout my time on ECC I've had many experiences with scammers, whether they be friends or enemies, and they all tend to act the same way after being banned and filing appeals. After receiving a ban they laugh about it for the first while because they knew things staff didn't, and then in their appeals they show some remorse and tell the bare minimum needed for an unban. 'Unfortunately', I see right through you.

Once you tell us that you knew about Obble's intentions, then I'll be able to accept your apology, but until then, SMH. Rip in ban.

 

Meh. That was your chance to be honest. I saw the way you acted to others who were either competitors to VoE or banned/shunned from it. You're very shady, and in my opinion, very two-faced. I invite everyone to talk to anyone previously banned from VoE so they can attest to how rude this user can be. You knew what Obble was doing. Fury was always nice to people, and helped others during this incidents. You didn't. Fury was Obble's puppet. You were his henchman. A certain friend who I know can't post here I talked to earlier had some great words to describe you. I'll let you ask yourself what you think those were.

Please, for the good of ECC, stay banned.

 

THC, u should get unbanned ur a funny LAD before i got removed from "Kukes Chat" you said some hillarious comments and we need more people like you providing the banta on ecc. Comments like "Dgam, please tell me how dd is coming along lmfao" are great and i'd love to see more like this in global!
ur banna peal seems pretty good too lots of words cba to read all so copy and pasted it into a text to voice reader while i was on the toilet. sounded good apart from the ladys voice kept messing up. Goodluck with the apeal fam
