Romper and I purchased a melon sword from Racooy and one day when i logged in it was no longer in the chest we decided it would be in. I was in the process of purchasing a miner pick from her and me buying the sword was also paying for the pick . Literally two weeks of no communication with her taking the melon S i was banned. I wanna make it right and get everything back on track since i have spent tons of money with ECC i really wannt play back on this server.Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

First thing I need you to do is copy & paste/quote the exact set of rules that you broke/were banned for; please edit that in under 'Rule Violated'. This is part of each appeal and shows that you still have not spent enough time to follow the moderators critiques from your first appeal:

Secondly, I highly suggest that you take the moderators/admins notes from your last appeal (from yesterday), I see that you have put more effort into some of this, but I would like to see just HOW you want to make this right with the melon swords owner, for example, how do you plan on fulfilling the contract which you breached?

Clause 2 - Scamming
- A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
- Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.
Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
I did not hold up on my end of the agreement to pay for the remaining balance of the pickaxe she sold to me. I did not intend to go out on the deal but I was frustrated when I trying contacting her for days with no answer and I quit playing for a while. I intend to fully pay back Romper at an understanding quick rate to make this right.

Alright @Swamp1120 I'll be unbanning you, with the condition you need to have the 525k paid off by October 21st. After that @romper83273 is free to file another complaint about this.
