i did nothing.. i simply told the guy to change his behaviour towards me. i did nothing to him. he opened his big mouth, and that what started everything. i have every right to be unbanned weather he likes it or not. if this does not get me unbanned, ill make another one showing some remorse. but there was nothing that i said that is against the rules. no harassment was done in this situation. in his complaint, he only showed the stuff that i said, leaving out the one thing that he said that got me worked up. smh... children these days..

First of all, you do have a ban reason. Log on and you'll see it. You'll have to include that reason and the rule broken.
Honestly, three bans within one month all for the same reason is not good. What's even more ridiculous is this.
Does that writing sound familiar? That's your previous appeal and you stated you don't want to cause further troubles yet here you are filing an appeal.
Your ban reason was justified. If he did bait you, you should file a complaint and not retaliate. Your ban wasn't based on one incident. You know that. You had countless warnings and bans for the same offense before.
If you're here to cause trouble then you are not welcome to this community. Own up to your actions and start following the rules - they are there for a reason.
The user had the right to file a complaint on you. The only childish act is to retaliate at them and harass them - you have an extensive history with that, you should know better.
For now I'll be denying this appeal, it shows no sincerity and owning up to your actions.
