Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

I was online when I got banned. Or at least, I was in front of the PC, watching videos on another device and left clicking when hearing the sound. I don't know if that is considered autofishing but I was not using a hacked client of any kind.

Edit: I made this literally minutes from the ban, to prove my point.

Edit: 10/11/2020 I hope my trial gets done within 7 days or I'll lose all my stuff. Also, I looked at other complains to see if I did something wrong. I will change the "rule violation" section as soon as I find the rule in question, all I found from now is a rule on the VMR rules channels that explains that hacked clients are allowed (???) but automated hacks are not allowed throughout all the global network. Please I would be grateful if I get a reply at least clarifying what needs to be done, and if not needed, then proceed for the trail.​
