Clause 2.2 - Attempted Scamming

Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user.

Attempted scamming includes misleading sales or auctions. For example an auction for 'a melon,sword'.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

It means that I cannot scam other users by not paying back a loan, in my case, when I promised that I would at a certain time. Also, scamming with items or auctions is just as bad as loan scamming.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel like I should be unbanned, because I understand I broke the rule of attempting scamming and I took about an 8-10 month break from ECC to let this all soak in. I feel really bad about what I did to @sockiezrocz and I promise it will never happen again. I know just feeling bad isn't enough to repay this loan so when I join I will make my greatest effort to pay back as much of the loan as I can. I hope you accept this apology and you can see my remorse.​
