Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients
Please explain I think I should be unbanned because I know I did something wrong it was x-raying I only did it that time because I was angry with them and upset that they keeped on saying I was a scam by paying 200 per chest of cocoa beans as a mod pointed out that is not scam. as I was angry I stupidly without thinking downloaded a x-ray texture pack and I used it and said I can see what ur doing to make them be confused. afterwards I realized that it was a bad thing to do and I was scared of getting banned so I lied and said I did not have it. but now even if I don't come back on ecc ever again. I learnt that telling the truth is all that matters even if u never come back again. I love ecc and I have 50k in bank saving to mayor I don't want to waste that but if u choice to denied this ban appeal I just wanted to say I am sorry and for any of u who read this I tell u now always tell the truth. have a great relaxing fun summer everyone I hope u have fun!!! and I hope I will be seeing u in ecc but that's all the owner and sever admin to decide put a good word in for me!!! thxs rfm :)
- Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
- Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
- Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
- Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

X-Raying is not acceptable at all on the server. It can have serious consequences for the economy and creates an incredibly unfair advantage. We are currently really cracking down on all forms of unfair play and as such we are treating offences such as you committed very seriously.
To highlight the seriousness of X-Raying, I have wiped your balance. Additionally, upon re-joining the server your mining Mcmmo will be reset.
