Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients
Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.​

Ok, so the use of the X-ray started I want to say three weeks ago. It started with me looking for a location to build my vault, I wanted a Mob Spawner a decoration piece in the Vault and rather than buying one for a large amount of ECD I figured I would find one, as It's in my town and I don't plan on making any money off it I didn't see any issue with finding it quickly rather than mining for days to find one.

After that I began to abuse more than I should have in the first place, I wanted block decorations and I once again saw no negative effect on others while doing this but I knew it was wrong all along. I mined to get the ore blocks and kept a lot of them and told myself not to sell them as at that point it's an economic advantage over others. So for a while I collected the blocks and made sure to not profit off them. If I was to mine I would switch clients to make sure I wasn't using X-Ray for the money making portion of my mining trips.

Then after a while I began to get lazy I would mine without switching clients using the clients on and off but trying to not use it an alot. Most of the money I did make off using the client I want to say somewhere in the 50k range most of it was lost in SportsBook or Lotto and I never really profited of it which was the stupidest thing in the end, as I broke the rule that I shouldn't have and I didn't really net anything off it.

I'm sorry to everyone on ECC as I knew I shouldn't have made money off the client and It was stupid to do. Mods I know you don't have to forgive me or unban me, and honestly at this point I feel I don't deserve it. I wronged the server and everyone on it. I truly am sorry and would like nothing more than return the Server to keep on playing on the fun server, within all aspects of the rules.
