    Rule Violated:
    Clause 2 - Scamming
    A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
    Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

    Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts
    Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed.
    An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so, and no account belonging to that player is banned. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own.This includes but is not limited to:
    Adding alt accounts as owners/members of regions you own.
    Direct or indirect transactions (via /pay, trade signs, etc).
    If any account owned by a player is banned, all the other accounts owned by that player will not be able to appeal until the account banned first has successfully appealed.
    Exceptions may be made to this in certain scenarios such as inappropriate username bans.
    If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them.
    Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.    ​
    Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
    Scamming is a transaction between users but one of the users don't uphold their end of the deal and doesn't pay, give Etc the items specified.

    Multi accounting used by different people on the same internet is allowed but when one person is on multiple accounts using them for financial benefits it's not allowed.    ​
    Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:
    I feel should be un-banned because I hadn't planned on scamming anyone of the people that I indeed scam but when I realized I couldn't repay the loans of the people I had promised to uphold and pay them back their loans I took out multiple ones to pay off more in more people. And then when I realized I couldn't repay the people I had tooken loans from so I resorted to lotto which made me some money but in the end was a horrible Idea and I got banned for multiple accounting as I tried to find a loophole around losing all my money. But when I transferred it on to my alt I won a lotto which I could re pay all the people I scammed the money back as it has 612k on it. The account is ZypherHD. Please let me back on as I miss the community and the people I would talk to for hours. I miss the struggle for money and when you get some you are rejoicing. Please let me back on I beg of you.​

    Please feel free to delete this post if its not relevant but i just want to point out this users history on the server.
    I know we are all for giving people a second chance and its down to the Administration Team to give correct punishment but id just like this to be known.

    I had compiled a history of this user a while back and had recording his complaints and appeals and ban history on it. Since he hasnt been back until this appeal its still up to date (from mid summer when the user was banned)

    As remorseful as you sound, the fact that youve spent the last 2 years unbanned for 23 days and you say you miss hanging out with the community and chatting with friends and making money, doesnt fly at all with me otherwise you would have stopped the first time you got unbanned in 2014 before being banned 9 days after...
