Reason of Ban: Scamming (via this complaint http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-nirnir32.111632/#post-594472)

Rule violated:
Clause 2 - Scamming

• A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
• Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This means that when someone trusts you enough to give you stuff for something, you should give them what they wanted once you got what you wanted. In my case it was that @xX3PICREBELXx gave me a loan and I never paid his loan back so I in return violated his trust and was banned for doing so.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Ok I can understand if you don't believe what I'm going to say but it is the truth. When I took out this loan I had the fullest intentions to repay @xX3PICREBELXx and I knew that if I couldn't at that time my brother would have for me because that is how nice of a person he is. However due to the fact I have a minor memory issue, my mother banned me from playing on my computer because I wasn't "working hard enough on my school work because of my issue." She basically said I couldn't play because I had to focus on improving my reading skills (which was/still is my issue). So she took away my computer and my brother @ElementalSway can vouch for this fact.

When I finally got my computer back I realized I was banned on the server, however I just got it back around the time name changing started so I had changed my name (lets be honest nirnir32 is a horrible name :p). I knew I wouldn't be able to play with a changed name so I have been waiting all this time for name changes to be allowed to appeal. Now that I am able to finally play again I hope you I will be able to gain the ability to play on this awesome server and repay my debts to @xX3PICREBELXx.

In my last ban appeal (which was also for scamming {http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/ban-appeal.108557/#post-573944}) if I remember correctly I had promised never to scam again and @Physicistsmom said "I trust that you will keep your promise upon your return and not do something like this again" when unbanning me. I 100% fully meant to keep this promise, but as explained above I couldn't due to my lack of a computer. I know how outrageously wrong scamming is and it will never, EVER, happen again. I don't ever plan on taking loans out again and I definitely will not scam ever again. I accept whatever punishment is handed out to me and believe me I am NOT using my mom as an excuse for my actions. I should have made her allow me to contact you on the forums or atleast explain myself in the complaint. My brother has been scammed twice now for every large amounts of money and believe me I have seen how people react to being scammed. I wouldn't make a mistake like this ever again and you will definitely never have to ban me again for scamming. Thank you for reading my app and considering to unban me, I know I'm not a "model player", but I will be now!

Also @xX3PICREBELXx how long can you give me to repay this debt? I can definitely do it in less than 2 weeks I hope.
