Clause 2 - Scamming
- A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
- Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.
Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: It means to keep a deal going till both users are happy with the outcome or at least got what they expected. It means not to stop a deal once you are happy. In my case I didn't uphold vinh_kin's part of the deal and I left after my 50% of the deal was fulfilled.
Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I think that I should be unbanned because I have been off for a long time and have thought about what I am trying to achieve on this server. I am not going to bluff and say I have thought all the time about it but I have spent enough time to realise that what I did was not part of the ECC mission to be a good community nor does it for fill what I am meant to do as a senior person of this community.
I am sorry for scamming you vinh_kin and will repay you 150k in total which has 40k plus for all the time I have been inactive/gone. I am willing to work it out with you as you should be the one doing the major part of the deal as being a proper member of the community unlike my actions that have recently caused you to lose a lot of money that took time to make. Time that I stole that you can't get back unless I give that time back through payment as well as a little bit more of my time to benefit you.
Now you guys may look at me as a bad member of the community which I have to say I am not a good one. I'm not going to say I will change until I actually prove that I have done. I feel like I have done a bad thing and its about time to give back.

You have owed @Vinh_Kin this money since February now and there has been a series of complaints against you regarding it. You have also promised on several occasions that you will pay within a set deadline and that you have the money, yet you have still not repaid the loan. This is not acceptable and you have wasted your own time, as well as Vinh's and my own.
I am going to be unbanning you but with a 7 day temp ban. Despite you having been offline for so long, the 7 day temp ban reflects the seriousness of being banned for scamming for a second time as well as how you have dragged this loan out promising various different deadlines for repayment.
I have just checked and the original sign for repayment at /warp anonymous is no longer there. So you will have to pay @Vinh_Kin the 110k directly, or speak to him and arrange for a new sign to be placed. After your 7 day temp ban has expired, I am going to give you a further 10 days to repay this loan, making your new repayment deadline Tuesday 19th August. At which point, @Vinh_Kin will be allowed to file a new complaint should the money not be paid back.
I strongly suggest that you take the opportunity over the 7 days temp ban to consider how you are going to earn the 110k, because your ban history doesn't make for pleasant reading and any further violations of our rules will result a significantly longer time away from the sever. Please also read our Server Rules as they have changed since your ban.
