A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion."​

This rule means you can not rip other people off or tell them one thing and do the opposite once agreed on.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

REASONING:
I think that I should have one last chance at getting my debt off. I'd like to pay @Partyman back for everything I have done, I dont care how much it is. Even 1m ECD. Please forgive me for what I have done.

FORGIVING:
Everything that I have done on ECC that has been bad I feel I should forgive everyone for. The first words I say when I come on will be forgiving everyone for what I have done. I feel awful about everything recently I have done, too, so PLEASE give me one more chance to do this. I want to solve all my old problems. I'd like to say sorry to many mod+'s such as Clar, and Zr, Andrew, and all the others. I hope you know that none of that stuff I did was ment.

MY PLAN:
I am hoping to solve all of my ECC problems by not lotterying (lottoing) ATLEAST untill my debt is payed off. Here are my plans for paying it off: Playing SG pretty much all weekend for most weekends. Also, I will look daily on joining competitions for money, and buying rents of Eff 7's. I will work my hardest on everything to pay it off. I promiss you it will be paid off.

I feel I have grown up since my last ban, and I hope everyone else on ECC has/will know possibly that I have, too.
