Section II: Griefing
Clause I: Main World
The Wild is not secured. It is an uncontrollable world and grief does occur. It is not punishable if grief occurs in the wild. Griefing Towns/Nations which have a security application already placed in queue on the forum is punishable, and can result in a ban + a rollback of all your actions. Griefing within Towns/Nations is not allowed under any circumstances. Towns/Nations and Mayors/Presidents/Members may file grief reports if grief is found, and the users who griefed will be banned + rolled back immediately upon major grief. The only exception to this is if a Mayor specifically makes a survival town where he allows grief and has no rules regarding it.
Clause II: Nether
There is only one rule regarding grief in the nether which is to leave spawn intact. Although all users can use TNT in the Nether, doing so in a location which will affect spawn can and will result in the loss of Nether access.
Clause III: Aether
There is to be absolutely no grief whatsoever in the aether. Any users who grief the aether will be immediately banned, rolled back and can lose their aether access.
Clause IV: Mining World
The mining world spawn rules rules are the same as Section II, Clause II: Nether, with the exception that TNT is not usable in the mining world. Using any other means (including lava and water) to affect the spawn area is still against the rules. Main world rules apply to all areas of the mining world. This includes trolling rules, including attempts to kill players in this world (mining world is NOT PvP enabled), as well as chat and wild living rules.
Section III: Trolling
Clause I: General Trolling, Harassment and Common Sense
This rule is simple. Don't troll (look up "Troll (Internet)") users away from the server. Harassment (gameplay and chat) is also very unwelcome and can get you punishment depending on the severity. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, excessive attempts at killing players outside of a PVP area (seen live), including with donation perks, and anything that falls under the rules for chat channels. However, following players around in the wild, or wild griefing, whether observed live or not, is not harassment and is allowed. However, if the same actions are performed in a protected town, it is considered harassment, and remaining in such a protected area after being asked to leave is also forbidden. Use your common sense while playing. No one likes users who make the gaming environment unpleasant to others. Be a good sport and a friendly community member. Those who violate this to a heavy extent will be warned several times - if it does not stop, a kick/ban may be put in place.
Clause II: Bending the Rules
Don't bend the rules in any smart / troll-y way thinking you will get away with it and look like a genius. You won't. We do not appreciate users bending our rules in anyway to troll our community. If you see a rule that has a few loopholes, or can be bent in any way, report it to us and post it in our suggestion forum. We will gladly take a look at it and change it if need be. Finding ways around the rules will be treated under staff discretion and will result in warnings / kicks or worse. Use common sense, and don't troll the community.
