Originally "advertisting", then changed to "DDos Threats/Encouraging DDos"​

Advertising and encouring DDos​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

Advertising - Telling other users to go to another server, DDos threats - threatening others that you are going to DDos a server, Encouring DDos - telling other users to perform a distributed denial-of-service attack on a server to slow it down or crash it.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

MX_wb said "what is the ip address of the server", and i jokingly responded "127.0.0.1, DDos it.", without giving it any thought.
For context, 127.0.0.1 is not a server address, it is the localhost IP Address, this means that connecting to 127.0.0.1 will simply connect to your own device.
I didn't mean to advertise any servers, and i didn't mean to actually encourage any DDos'ing​
