Counter-Reason I really want to say how sorry I am for causing this much trouble towards anny. I have learned what I have done wrong and have read the rules over again. I will not bug annyonion anymore. I really miss this server and wish to be unbanned because I have learned my lesson.

Clause I: General Trolling, Harassment and Common Sense
This rule is simple. Don't troll (look up "Troll (Internet)") users away from the server.
Harassment (gameplay and chat) is also very unwelcome and can get you punishment depending on the severity. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, bullying, any form of blackmail, and anything that falls under the rules for chat channels.
Following players around in the wild, or wild griefing, whether observed live or not, is not harassment and is allowed. However, if the same actions are performed in a protected town, it is considered harassment, and remaining in such a protected area after being asked to leave is also forbidden.
Regardless of whether in the wild or in a protected town, any excessive purposeful attempt to kill someone in a non-PvP area by any means, including with donation perks such as lava or water, is considered both harassment and trolling, and is completely punishable with a ban.
Use your common sense while playing. No one likes users who make the gaming environment unpleasant to others. Be a good sport and a friendly community member. Those who violate this to a heavy extent will be warned several times - if it does not stop, a kick/ban may be put in place.
Clause II: Bending the Rules
Don't bend the rules in any smart / troll-y way thinking you will get away with it and look like a genius. You won't. We do not appreciate users bending our rules in anyway to troll our community. If you see a rule that has a few loopholes, or can be bent in any way, report it to us and post it in our suggestion forum. We will gladly take a look at it and change it if need be. Finding ways around the rules will be treated under staff discretion and will result in warnings / kicks or worse. Use common sense, and don't troll the community.

Although I am glad to see you have put more effort into this appeal than your previous appeals, I still feel you have not quite understood the extent in which you had harassed me... Nor do you truly feel bad for what you had done wrong to me. I want to see a better explanation for why you chose to do what you did and why it's not acceptable and how you can improve yourself if your ban appeal is to be approved. In other words, I want to know what type of person you have changed to become, if you plan to rejoin ECC.-

The complaint for which you were banned for was on May 19th of this year. It was the third such complaint against you. One I could understand, the second questionable, the third inexcusable. Making a game unenjoyable for anyone else to have fun yourself by doing so is not permitted here.
From your appeal, and the copy/paste of the specific rules you had broken, I know that you are aware of what you did being wrong... kind of. What happened before was a lot more than simply bothering someone, and the fact that you mention having missed the server in the same sentence as your statement about learning your lesson puts doubt on just how much you have learned.
However, given the time you have been offline, I will be unbanning you. There have been a lot of changes on ECC in the last five months, and I can only hope you have done the same, for the better. Re-read ALL of the rules, to be sure you note the changes, before logging back in.
Hopefully we'll not see your name as a felon in any complaints from this point forward.
