I am glad you wish to appeal your ban, however before rejoining the server, I would like for you to reread all the server rules especially the rule you broke found here:

I am glad that you wish to appeal your ban. As chargers quoted in the rule you broke above, I will not be doing so. Seeing as the offense you have committed is quite serious, your ban appeal must be very thought out and demonstrate to the staff that you understand what you did wrong and know how to avoid these situations in the future. You were well aware that you were banned from the town (complaint located here) and yet you continued to degrade the gameplay for others. Why? This appeal does not show me that you understand what you have done and an excuse such as "I was ignoring the mayor" is not sufficient. Please do not copy and paste this appeal into a new one as this will get you no where and may even result in further consequences to you. Feel free to re-apply when you can take responsibility for your actions,
