    Counter reason: I read the rules but didn't follow and broke the rules and advertised
    Evidence: my evidence is I read the rules and broke them by advertising a server even though I shouldn't have been doing that and wish not to do it again

It looks like you have served 4 months for advertising, which as you know we do not tolerate the advertising of our competitors on our server. While we wait for a smod to make the final call lets just review the relevant section of the rulebook.
