Reason of Ban:

I'm going to speak the truth on what really happened with the loan scamming. I have been loving the lottery of ecc for the longest time It's well the main reason I play on ecocitycraft. After donating for so long and keeping going into lotto I felt I had to move on with my life and I felt I should go out with a big lotto and if I win Ill stay. I did win that lotto but the account I had won it on had been a alt account. For the loans because there wasn't a bank back then. Before this I had heard that builders have 20% better chance or 10% better chance in lotto so I had done all my gambling on that account. When people saw this builder who won with 70k they all started saying alt account and by this time the account had been banned and so had I when I could've easily avoided all this. Later I got unbanned but I wasn't the one playing on my account at the time it was my friend chris who had been banned years back and just wanted to see what was going on. I told him to try to repay the loans and if you cant ill donate for them etc but instead he sold all my stuff gambled in the lotto then loan scammed residents and I owed something like 40k and got banned again. Then I figured that I should appeal once more and do it myself and make back the money. So I made money at the farm I had perms at and rented a melon sword but at the time had been using a hacked client not shaders like I do now since I had upgraded my pc and got banned for fastbreak.​

Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.


Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients
Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.​

Scamming is a transaction between users but one of the users don't uphold their end of the deal and doesn't pay, give Etc the items specified.

Under no circumstances should a player be allowed to have unfair advantages over other players is not prohibited no matter what the player is using the hacks for.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I've always loved eco and if I've been playing this server for around 4 years now and now that I'm off want to come back is something I rarely will do. I feel that now I'm more mature and better capable of grasping what I want to accomplish I can pay back these loans and finely fix the mistakes I've made.​

Please give me one more chance give me a ban for weeks I've been banned a long timeand I've wanted to come back on because there's no server as fun and as interesting.
