Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Let me first pick apart Dewsy's response, which I'm finally glad came out. Discipline must be served.

Verbal warnings do the most minimal of punishment. These are taken as a joke. You see all the trolls out there just find their ways through the rules and not take staff's warnings seriously. Hence why I continued to speak. Furthermore, the idea that a "verbal warning" will do anything is quite the opposite. Get that warn system back for repeat offenders, and I can tell you that it will stop more than you would think. Use it in moderation as I said above.

Yes, I did receive a warning there, but did I really take it seriously? Does anyone take those seriously? No, no one does. Only the people that feel obliged to "serve for everyone" actually listen to them. Hell, if you get warned for that silly trade chat rule, are you going to listen and actually wait the three minutes? No. If you spam, you either did it on purpose or on accident. Will you listen? No, because your intentions vary. If it was to cause chaos, you will continue, if it was on accident, you will stop because it was an accident. Furthermore, smoking is not a drug, and I don't believe that's why I was banned for talking about that. Your perception of the ban must be different than mine. I thought I was banned for speaking to nicit in global about marijuana. I was unaware at the time of my appeal that me talking about smoking was included in the ban. Hence why I only included the part about nicit.

I actually did lag out that time. If I had actually be kicked and the message were to have gone through, I would have stopped. I'm not lying about this. I lagged out. You're not going to believe me, but that's ok. Because I know what happened. If you do a deep, deep log dive to my extensive amounts of kicks, you will notice a similar response to me joining back in. I always say "who kicked me", not "lagged out, fill me in". I asked for someone to "fill me in" because I wanted to make sure I wasn't warned again. That's why I said that. There's proof of me asking that in the logs after every time I was kicked. Though, my last kick was quite some time ago, but I encourage you to look and see that I actually did log out due to my response due to this "kick" I received. This is honestly what happened, it gave me the "Connection Lost" message, no kick message or anything else. Just "Connection Lost". Believe what you want, but that's what actually happened. My reaction to arguing back was to get reasoning. I'm sorry that I'm a curious person and want to actually challenge you to make sure your doing the right thing and creating the right rule. I'm sorry that I'm trying to help, and you think I'm trolling. I'm truly sorry.

No, I didn't expect you to take it seriously. I got exactly what I wanted. Evidence. Reasoning. Discipline. What I've been striving to get the entire time. My previous ban, handed out by Phys was a long, 8 email appeal. She knows exactly what I was doing, and I was still disappointed with what I saw out of the staff team, because I knew it deserved better. No one will believe me on that, and I honestly couldn't give a [mod edit] at this point. But that's besides the point. The video was added in for good reason, look up the meaning and get back to me. Oh, the good ol' "Undocumented Citizens" argument. That was just for me to debate. I had no intentions of actually arguing in global, but rather in PM. Albeit, I was trolling there. I will say that. I was bored and wanted to get, as you said, "a reaction out of people". The rest were not to troll, just to debate. I repeat, not to troll. I very well know the rules, that's why I argue them. I feel some of them are just, not, well, good. You see all the suggestions about changing them, yet still nothing is done. I take matters into my own hands through arguing, which you perceive as trolling. Good idea? Probably not, but I do it anyway because I have good intentions in my heart. I don't mean to be an [mod edit], which is basically how I'm viewed by both the staff team and player-base, but that's how I'm looked at. Oh well, it is what it is. As well, I'm not ignoring the rules. I'm arguing them, which you view again, as ignoring. I very well know the rules. I don't try to get banned, I know when to stop. I don't know why I got banned today so quickly to be quite honest with you. You all just did away with me I guess. Oh well. Also, I have one question for you Dewsy, why was the ban originally a temp ban? Then seconds later changed to an actual ban? I don't understand that. If you could explain that, it would be great.
