I believe what I did would have fallen under this rule and the rule means to keep your word and forsay I believe I didn't meet the deadline to return the item or pay for it therefor you should always hold up your end of the deal​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

I have had plenty of time to think about what I have done and I have realixed my actions were unacceptable. I have read over each rule and have a complete understanding of what's allowed and what isn't as I lacked that knowledge before. I would really appreciate you considering my return. Thank you​
