Reason of Ban: Scamming(TimmyChoi)

Rule violated: Breach of contract.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: I was supposed to repay a user for a star tool he sold me via payment plan.

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned: I wasn't really being very analytical, as I decided to apply for my last ban appeal with intent to pay back the user during the summer in which I was to move to my dorm room in college. I know for a fact that I will not have the time to raise enough funds to fully repay Timmy via working on the server, however I might be able to sell a feature every now and then to raise some decent money. In addition to selling features, my friend @SalsaWizard contacted me recently, telling me that if I were to make an appeal, he would assist me in repaying my accumulated debt. ALSO I can indeed verify that he and I are not the same person, and can provide legal proof. With an already fairly firm understanding of law in and of itself, I am currently studying litigation and civil defense at the university at which I attend, so disproving domestic accordance is not a very difficult feat for me. Anywho, I hope to be back on the server shortly. Cheers

@ClarinetPhoenix probably 6-8 weeks. Listen this appeal is more for SalsaWizard than it is for me. He is very upset that he isn't to be unbannd until I am, as he has no relation with my ban whatsoever and is now banned because of unknown, fallacious reasons. I will begin said 6-8 weeks BEGINNING the day Salsa is to be unbanned. As I mentioned before, he will be the primary source of revenue towards repaying this debt. The sooner he is unbanned, the sooner @TimmyChoi will be repaid. If it is possible, it would be greatly obliged if he were to be banned upon my unbanning, as he has already made a ban appeal which took almost 2 weeks to be handled. I am guessing he does not wish to wait that long again, so as I stated before, I will begin working towards repaying Timmy upon Salsa's unbanning, as he will be providing most of the required debt money.
