It means that when you take out a loan and don't pay it back so the person loses all their money​

Hello _Sharpy. For the past month, i have been unable to play minecraft at all, due to my computer being hacked. I would be happy to pay off the loan as soon as I get it fixed. Today I will be going to the repair shop so they can sort it out. Please forgive me and understand that it was out of my control to do anyhting to stop it :)
