Rule Violated:

Clause 1 - Griefing
Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you.
Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report can be filed here: Grief Report and Rollback Request​

Grief is destroying stuff and building stuff where I shouldn't.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel that "townwide greif" is an overstatement. I broke a build the mayor built around the portal and made some towers. I didn't break the homes of other people living in the town. The ban was a while ago and I feel like I've changed since then. I'm not generally a greifer, I can appreciate a good build. i only grieved because the mayor of the town wanted to ruin my house. If you were kind enough to unban me I wouldn't grief. To be honest I find griefing boring, I just want to come back to mine and be able to see my balance go up. I feel it gives the mining a purpose.
