Reason of Ban: Scamming @iTzXtremeGaming and @Aaron_Misfud

Rule violated:
Clause 2 - Scamming

• A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
• Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

Clause 2.1 - Renaming items

• Users cannot rename items for the purpose of making them misleading (for example, taking a cookie and renaming it “Diamond Sword”, and then attempting to auction or trade it without specifying that the item is a cookie is against the rules)
• If you are auctioning or trading an item that has been renamed, you MUST specify what the item was before it was renamed.
• All renamed items must follow the language and content rules for chat on the server. If it would not be appropriate in global, it is not an appropriate item name.
  • Making or distributing items that are inappropriately named are both punishable to the same extent. If you find or receive an item that has been inappropriately named, please inform a staff member immediately, so that they may investigate and act appropriately.

Clause 2.2 - Attempted Scamming

• Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user.
  • Attempted scamming includes misleading sales or auctions. For example an auction for 'a melon,sword'.

Clause 2.3 - Player Run Lotteries

• Any player run lottery is disallowed and will be treated as attempted scams or actual scamming depending on the situation.
  • This includes any type of raffle or lottery that requires a buy in.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
This rule means that no player, whatever the type/rank, is allowed to lie to somebody else about trading, selling, or anything else to do with money in the economy.
Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:
I'll start with the stuff that everyone says. I will state right here that this post is the truth, and is not meant to offend anybody... With that said, only comment on this post if you are involved in it.
I have been banned for a long time now and have learned my lesson, quite honestly I don't remember the last time I was on the server, but I know I have to make up approximately 100k to @iTzXtremeGaming (correct me if I'm wrong on that). Also, I scammed @Aaron_Misfud of 350k, I believe.


I would also like to add the reason why I had done this. PLEASE DO NOT BE OFFENDED BY THIS, IT IS ONLY THE TRUTH.

A while back I had been hanging out with a guy who I had been talking to in my twitch streams for a while. He had kept dropping his eff.7 pick and I was determined to get it. This player tried to get me to do parkour and various other stunts to try to get it, but I couldn't. One of the times he had dropped it pretty close to me, so I ran for it and grabbed it. This is where I went downhill. I refused to give the pick back, and was bragging about it in chat. That made a complete jerk of me and I understand why everybody hates me for it. After a while, 2 of some high ranking mods had enough of me and forced me to give it back, or they threatened to ban me. I gave it back, but this infuriated me. This server is hardcore economy, after all. I decided I didn't really care for the server anymore, and decided I would get banned by taking from other players what 2 mods had taken from me. I scammed around 450k-500k in cash, and knew right there I was going to get banned.

That is most of what I can recall from the story, and I do not want anyone to feel pity for me, I would rather have you mad, because I did something wrong, I just disagree with how it was handled.

I realize I am going to have to pay back the money I owe to @iTzXtremeGaming and @Aaron_Misfud, if he is still on the server. For the next 2 weeks I will not be on much because I have some stuff going on in my life, but after that I will try to work to earn the money.

Finally, if I missed anything, please pm me or if you are a mod just reply what I missed and I'll fix it Asap
