Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: The rule means that if you were banned on another account, you are not allowed to get a new one to play on ECC

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel that I should be unbanned for multiple reasons. First of all, it has been over a year since I last tried bypassing a ban. Second of all, I have spent hundreds in features for myself or others. I also owe 825k to someone (THCool) and I want to pay him back. Lastly, I feel that I have changed as a person since I was last banned on my MHXL account (2 years ago), and I am trying to be a good ECC citizen
