  • Attempted scamming includes misleading sales or auctions. For example an auction for 'a melon,sword'.

What the rule means: You can't attempt to scam a user

Reason i should be unbanned: Ok so this christmas i was scammed 300k. i kept talking in chat about how something should be done to repay scammed users yaada yaada yadaa. Eventually i just wanted some money i told @greg45865734 i would do this deal for a melon sword. As some of you know i stopped playing ECC a while back cuz all i did was troll, scam, be annoying, etc. I told you all in my last appeal i would stop and I'm still holding true to that. I have never really done a msword deal and so when greg said 100k then 700k later i thought he pays 700k later and gets the sword. idk about y'all but i always lotto my money even if i put it in a sign or whatever so i thought he would pay me so he can't lose it. I kinda knew that probably (well really) wasn't what he (greg) wanted to do. however i said ok pm me when u get the other 700k. He kept pming me saying "cmon man hey dude really?" I then replied "lol you don't have screenshots do you XD" In his complaint he portrayed it as if he said I'm reporting u then me asking if he had screenshots as if i was in fear of being banned. I wasn't i thought he was whining cause he didn't get them as u can see i put XD face cuz i thought he really didn't. I then was like well I'm 99% positive thats not the deal he wants to do. So i pmed him "is that not the deal you wanted to do?" He replied "no". i then payed him back saying sorry. I said "that was not me and i don't want to earn money that way" "I remembered when i was scammed and its not right for me to scam you i just wanted some money" "I am sorry that happened i just wanted some money" He said thx for changing ur mind and i said ya me too thats wasn't right. I thought we resolved it but then greg posts his complaint. That complaint infuriates me so much just because the user only posted certain screenshots to portray me as getting the money, asking if he had screenshots, and when he said yes paying back. that is not at all what happened and this wasn't exactly an attempted scam. I explained above about u know he pays more later to get it even thought i was almost positive thats not what he meant. I think i should be unbanned because the complaint was biased to make me look like i war i said above. I had the money and even though we never clarified it didn't feel right and i payed it back. i have been playing very nice and fair since my appeal once i decided i wanted to play again and i feel that i shouldn't be banned. @greg45865734 i payed u back i explained and i don't like how 1. u posted a complaint because no matter what happens u know what really happened(even though your picky screenshot showing) and 2. You precisely showed parts of the conversation to make me look like a flat out scammer. i don't feel that this is attempted scamming but ig I'm not a mod. However, i won't try to tip toe on the line anymore. @oxwood2 with all due respect, next time could u give me 24 hours to explain because i play 3 high school sports and i hunt so i dont have a lot of time to be online. This could've been resolved on forums if you would've waited.

Since i didn't attempt to scam i am tagging these mods so this can be dealt with. like i said i have limited playing time and i would like to be able to play when i can. @Dewsy92 @ClarinetPhoenix @Smorezs

 

unfortunately i couldn't find any screenshots. I thought i did but don't. I figured @greg45865734 would be happy we came to an agreement and i payed him back... @KMaxwell

 

I didn't pay you back because you threatened me. i did it anyways. You spammed up my pms saying dude cmon man. So i asked lol u don't have screenshots. i didn't ask, you say you did, then pay back. any before you say we both know if you hadn't had screenshots i would've scammed you. First off i have no idea if you really do and second have i payed you back cause it wasn't the deal you wanted to do. i admitted i was sorta a scam, but you picked parts of the conversation just so it would benefit your complaint on getting me banned. i want to come back and play. like i said i have limited playing time and would like to play and relax whenever possible. @greg45865734

 

I'm not paranoid I'm banned... And I don't want to be. Let me say this one more time so you understand cuz idk if ur understanding me. I was doing a different deal where u payed the rest of the money later. When u said dude cmon I asked lol u don't have screenshots. You did not threaten me so that's a lie. I asked is this not the deal you wanted to do and you replied no. I payed u back saying sorry I sort of knew that's not what u wanted to do and was kinda scamming u. However, I payed u back since u didn't want to do that and u thanked me. If any part of that is false please tell me cuz if not I should be unbanned. Again I'm trying to be nice and just want to play again cuz like I said before I'm trying to be a nice fair user unlike I used to be. @greg45865734
