The rule means to pay back all loans, to not steal any items or take any money without the person knowing.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

At the time I took the loan, my internet and laptop were fine and working and gradually my laptop stopped working and my internet kept randomly kicking me off the server. I recently got a new laptop and router that works very well, I just ask for a second chance to pay back the debt I owe.​
