Ok.. here is where I am at with this...

Fury is a good guy. I know this for a fact. Dont care what anyone says regardless of actions.. he is a good person. I believe this is a simple case of poor choice of a member of staff as I have noted. Getting involved with VoE as a mod was not a smart decision. Regardless of what involvement you had.. it is clear that there will now and always be a negative perception on you personally.. You should have taken my advice a while back when all the complaints started and seperated yourself.

As far as knowing what obble was planning... I find it hard to believe that as close as your were woth him and the access you had to the "books" you never saw any of this coming. Even Nicit admited he started seeing signs in the past weeks. In regards to that I feel you have some explaining to do. I would suggest taking time to really think about things and decide how serious you are about returning. The only way anyone will allow you to return is for you to convince us your telling the truth. So far its not working and I know you see that.

The one thing in your favor here is the ECC community. By far the most forgiving and supportive community you will find, but only and I mean...only if the community is willing to trust a player again.

You will be back...I have no doubt. There have been worse cases that have come back imo.. some even became staff.. So I think you will be accepted back. I just hope you have the courage to take ownership and responsability of your qctions and that of the organization you did represent in VoE. Not just as a player but also as a member of staff.

As far as the Obble deal... he wasnt always a bad guy.. at least I believe that. I think this VoE thing just blew up in everyones faces and he didnt have the capacity to hadle it appropriately. Doesnt change what he did..or the severity of it.

As I stated I believe the same with you. Because of how close you were to him and the situation you put yourself, I think maybe you got caught up into something you probably didnt want but felt pressure to stay around it for whatever reason. I know your smarter then that... and thats why I dont think your telling the absolute truth.

This is almost INDEFINITE that he knows it wasn't an accident, and that it was matrixs eff7,

 

should be unbanned there is not really a lot of evidence saying that he scammed with obble. if you can prove that he scammed ya ban him, reset him balance and all that but you can prove it right now. innocent until proven guilty

 

THIS IS IN NO WAY AN "Accident" and Fury CLEARLY knew about the eff7 before it happened!

 

Look at the video screenshots carefully. Same goes for you @alpert3925 and anyone else who believes Fury

I was saying everything clearly, and in English. The staff can't do anything about this, Andrew is the only one in charge of this. And this is my second time saying this, but Andrew is going to do something based off the community's thoughts.

Anyway, based on what I read in this chat Obble claims his VoE colleagues knew what he was doing and were prepared for the consequences, and also actively leaked staff related information.

I do not believe you should be unbanned.


I understand that some of you might argue about the validity of these screenshots, considering the heavy cropping and the fact that it's skype. Well, I tried to leave the context as much as possible.. but the cropping is because there were a lot of profanities. I didn't want the screenshots deleted. I can't really prove anything, so you'll just have to take my word for it, I guess.

 

Where do I start? Well I already did start typing so let's get it.
Fury, I met you as a chill mayor and we talked a lot and you seemed like a great guy. We all knew you as a good player, well known in the community, and a guy who loves to help. Well you just became much more popular and not in a good way. You joined VoE to help the server, at least that's what obble said. You became a follower. Followers follow someone they think is rather cool or who they look up to. And you followed obble. I never saw you talk mean and stuff. Ever since you joined staff and VoE you turned to another player. You weren't who you were, you tried to fit in with obble and thcool. Look you are a good guy, I hope you will come back but we will need you to not get into this shit again. People may seem cool and you get lured in and keep secrets, but I don't think it's worth it looking at your position. Best of luck to you.

And I bet you people will be like "that's not obble!" "You cropped it!" And etc, but this is NOT hard to believe at all! They would have been stupidly drunk to not know they would get banned or demoted!
