[Ban Appeal] FuryFudge

So you renamed a already owned tool.. Been a while, but I'm pretty sure you can't do that, does that mean you abused staff power? @FuryFudge

I'm 90% sure it's been possible since 1.9, I know @BackToThePast did it a couple days ago

 

But I didn't think a typical player could rename a tool if it was owned by another user...

Even though I do not know you well, @FuryFudge, I still believe what you did was a mistake, and you are innocent.

 

I question if this is relevant?

• As far as I know @MCHelix3000 is organizing the repayments from Obbles's scams.
  
• Fury has stated he only had the information as posted in VoE threads on the forum, which everyone else has access too.
  
• FuryFudge was in no way financially liable for any of the transactions that took place with VoE
  • With the exception of the loan he had from VoE - Which if I know Fury, he will happily pay off via payment scheme when he is unbanned, so the money can go to those who were scammed.

I would like to add, that while Fury has shown poor judgement in his actions regarding chats and screenshots, I believe he has been treated unfairly in this server ban. I would like to see him back on the server, as he has been a great help to players, and is always friendly. I believe he will continue to be an asset on ECC, especially for those of us on offpeak. In all fairness, I would expect a ban from re-applying for staff for a period, given his actions, but it would be a shame to the server to loose him all together.

@Kissthis he currently owes obble 600k, perhaps he will be donating this?

 

Please note this is only my opinion from dealing with Fury in the past, however as he is a just and fair person I have no reservations about posting this.

@FuryFudge why lie on your appeal? You were not solely involved with VoE as a bookkeeper, you also were involved with VoE's sportsbook.

 

I expect you will also be donating the money you owe Obble when you are unbanned?

Is it just me, or does anyone else think that this appeal has more shit in it than a cow farm? Tell us the truth. You knew everything that was going on and you knew how the whole situation would unfold. Tell us the damn truth and then maybe you'll be unbanned. For now, you've lost all respect I had for you, and you won't be getting it back anytime soon.
