I believe I am able to comment on this ban appeal if not please delete comment.
Fury was a great moderator and a great friend. Although Fury leaked un-important staff chat (meaning to be a joke) I know fury loves this server and the people playing on it and he would never mean to cause it harm. Thanks Fury for all you do for me and others, +1 from me

Right. He must have spent quite a bit of time pushing you around so that you ended up exactly like THCOOL, standing at the same slight angle facing Obble.

Let's assume you're being honest. So, you copy and paste what he paid you to say. Why put the "wc" afterwards?

At the end of the signs, when Obble had the lava set up, were you not suspicious? You had NO knowledge that Obble was going to burn Matrix's eff7, or any other tool? I simply cannot believe that you and THCOOL took part in this without knowing something about what would happen.

And then there's this gem:

"Not hugely significant"? Really? The simple fact that you were sharing screenshots, even if just one, of staff chat because "something funny happened" quite frankly shows you did not take your position on staff seriously. You were chosen to uphold the rules of the server, and you failed that "for the lols." It does not matter if you didn't know it would get leaked to anyone else, the simple fact is it shouldn't have happened.


Overall, I really don't believe you've given a thorough enough explanation as to what happened. You said Obble took you down with him, but YOU and only YOU put yourself in a position to be "taken down" with him. The overall tone I get from this appeal is that you're not acting like this is a major deal, especially when you say "I am kinda annoyed I got banned before being allowed to explain myself like this, but what's done is done." I'm sure that people are "kinda annoyed" that they got scammed lots of money. Whether or not you had anything to do with actual money transfers or anything, you were working as a bookkeeper for VoE. Surely you would've noticed something along the line.

Myself, and other members of the community, expect a better response than "read the appeal."

I don't usually put my two penneth in, but I am going to today.

@FuryFudge I believe you were a good moderator and I think that you maybe should of been given a chance to explain yourself before being banned.

I think your statement about being 'pushed' into that position isn't the whole truth- but perhaps you did put yourself in that position and then go AFK. What I would like to know is did you know anything that obble was going to do? If you didn't, there's no need to be punished for standing somewhere, but the signs maybe say differently?

I have to agree with you regarding the leaking staff chat stuff- posting a couple of words into staff chat and sharing them with someone is hardly going to destroy staff and leak staff secrets.

As far as the financial side goes- I don't think you were really to blame here. As you said obble took you down with him. It isn't as if you scammed millions.

Finally, @ldw116, @FuryFudge is required to answer legit questions, not trolly ones like you are putting forward. The poor guy is trying to get unbanned and if you had any sense you wouldn't be trolling him on his ban appeal.
