I believe that you need the questions and all of that in the appeal itself. It should look more like this:

Minecraft Username: Derp_Dirt

Have you changed your Minecraft username since being banned? If so, what is your previous name?: I have not changed my Minecraft username

Which of ECC's services are you banned on? [Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main server

Reason of Ban: Moderate block/minor crop grief in the town of starwagcity

Rule violated: Taking crops from others' property

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This means that I destroyed crops from others' properties without permission.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel that I should be unbanned because I was immature for taking the crops for mysel and using the crops as a food source. I feel bad for what I've done and wish
