In Game Name: FalconRugerHave you changed your Minecraft username since being banned/muted? If so, what is your previous name: NoWhich of ECC's services are you banned/muted on: Main ServerReason of Ban/Mute: GriefRule Violated: Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Breaking blocks of other players and/or stealingReason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted: I no longer play on the main server and only play on skyblock, which I have no need to grief and realize that it is not right considering other players may work just as hard, if not harder, than I do on the server to progress in the game. I would not want other players to do this to me and I understand that I should not do it again if I wish to continue playing on the servers and be part of the community.
Hey @FalconRuger, before I proceed with your appeal, I need you to cite the rule that you broke from the wiki, and put it in the 'Rule Violated' section. A complete list of the ECC rules can be found here. After you complete this step, I will continue with the process of your appeal. User given 24 hours to make appropriate changes.
I believe Nate is trying to tell you to quote the exact rule from the wiki (which he graciously linked the full set of rules in his post). All you need to do is quote the section and the clause of grief. For example, if I was banned for advertising, I would quote “Section 1, Clause 2: Advertising”
Thank you for quoting the exact rule you broke from the wiki. After reviewing your ban appeal, I have decided to unban you with a 6 hour temp ban. Griefing is a serious offense that can ruin the fun of users on the server, and something we do not take lightly. During your tempban, I would like for you to read over our rules found here, so that this not occur again. User issued a six hour tempban - Locked.
