Thank you for making an appeal with the correct ban reason as we asked you to. Quite frankly, your actions were un-called for, and extremely inappropriate for a family server. What really surprises me, though, is that you were banned from TeamSpeak about 3 months before your ban in game for a very similar reason dealing with vulgarity, again. It shocks me that even after dealing with the consequences of spoken word, you do it with something that is much more permanent and personal.

As to what you said in your appeal, you're absolutely right, it is illegal everywhere, so I'm not sure why you would even think to use it on a 'family oriented' minecraft server. While I can understand you maybe not being able to locate the exact rule since the rules were re-written since you were last able to join the server, I have taken the liberty of quoting it in below for you to review. I hope that you take some time to look through the rest of our rules so you can keep out of trouble in the future as your consequences will become much more serious.

I highly suggest that you figure out something to do instead of sending/speaking these awful messages to people that may or may not be fueled by rage; it can and has gotten very ugly very quickly from you. I often tell people to just log offline if they feel like making bad choices, as often a simple walk around the house to get the blood moving can quickly dissipate any anger; leaving you happier, the other player's feelings in tact, and you unbanned.
